About Me

 My weight lifting journey started when i was nine years old, so, 48 years later, having trained thousands of clients, professional athletes, olympic athletes, dozens of female fitness athletes, seniors, amputees, and so many other categories. Learning and applying nutrition protocols, manipulating the body’s endocrine system, and maximizing the human body for performance and aesthetics. As far as what set me on my health and fitness path, like many other people, it started from an injury to my spine. Suffice it to say the only long term fix was the incorporation of exercise, diet and flexibility training. I’m looking forward to helping people with similar health goals.
